Terry was a classmate of mine and so many others. We all share fond memories of him from our time in Augsburg. He was a light on and off the football field. Wishing his family peace at this time.

  • Terry was a awesome boss to work for. He always had sense of humor and was not afraid to have a good laugh or play a joke. He was a great leader but when it came time for his kids Terry made sure they were priority one. You could tell how much he adored the kids as he spoke frequently about them and their accomplishments. Terry will be missed by his Wells Fargo Family.

I was a class lower than Terry. I was the track manager in Augsburg. He was a protector, always acted like a big brother. I am praying for your family in your time of grief.

  • Sending my deepest condolences to the family. May God comfort your heart and soul during this difficult time. ❤️❤️

  • May the memories of your dear Terry bring you comfort and peace of the wonderful times you shared. And this promise is true:
“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.” Rev 21:4

Jennifer, Ayanna and Jalen, my deepest condolences to you and your family. Terry was an awesome leader and positive figure at Wells Fargo. I am so sorry he is gone, he will be missed. My prayers are with you thorough this new transition of life. God bless you.

  • My condolences and prayers. Terry and I would joke about being Batman and Robin on the football field (I let him be Batman lol). Great teammate, great friend and absolute great person. One of the last memories I have of Terry is before I left Germany, pictures were being taken. Terry left his letter jacket so he wore mine. So if you look at 1990 yearbook and for best athlete, you can see my name. I loved Terry as a brother. Rest in Power!

  • I’m very sorry for your loss. Terry was a classmate, friend, teammate and one helluva running back! The world has lost a great man! Rest in Peace Terry.

  • I worked with Terry several years back. I was deeply saddened to hear of Terry’s passing. Terry was more than a manager to me — he was a true example of grace, integrity, and compassion in leadership. Even in moments of adversity, he remained calm, professional, and steadfast. His ability to lead with both strength and empathy left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to work with him.

I’ll always remember how, whenever I had a concern, I could send him a quick message — whether by IM or email and he would respond immediately but not just by email or chat he would call me right then. That simple act of showing up, of making time, spoke volumes about the kind of person he was. He cared deeply about people, and it showed in everything he did. He set the example I wish to continue in my work.

Terry’s legacy lives on in the way he made others feel seen, heard, and supported. I’m grateful to have known him, and I send my heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and all who were touched by his kindness.

It was also clear he loved his wife, daughter and son so dearly! Every chance he had he would speak of them and his extended family to us! What a great human Terry was!

    With deepest sympathy,
    Melissa Sands
