Adam Horabik, age 47, of Maricopa, AZ passed away July 12th. He is survived by his loving wife, Anna Horabik, two children, Sylvia Harsh and Jorja Horabik, father, Mitchell Horabik, mother, Ewa Horabik, sisters, Jennifer Tantillo and Michelle Gohl, and brother, Mark Horabik.

Adam grew up in Schaumburg, IL where he attended Conant High. He lived in Maricopa, AZ where he enjoyed playing with the family dogs, supporting his family, helping his community, and traveling. He loved learning new things, art, nature, mechanics, taking on new challenges and so much more. He would do anything for his friends and family and he loved fiercely. He made everyone who knew him laugh, cry, and clap at all the stories he shared.

Our family is grateful to know that Adam is finally at peace.
