Lyle Warren Mann, born October 1, 1950 in Salmon, Idaho, passed away at his home in Gilbert, Arizona on August 3, 2025 at the age of 74 after a long battle with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. Lyle grew up in Tucson, Arizona where he served on the Police force for over 20 years retiring as Captain. After retiring he moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1996 where he began working for the Arizona Police Officer Standards and Training Board where he served another 21 years and finished his career in law enforcement as the Executive Director. He is preceded in death by his parents Warren and Elsie Mann. And he will be forever missed by his wife Becky Mann, daughter Andrea Ramos (David), their children Celina (Chris) and Dominic, his stepson Jason (Lisa) and his great grandchildren Avery, Daniel and Maya.
