Justin Leo Hatch, 49, passed away on March 29, 2026, at his home in Gilbert, Arizona.
Justin was born on June 8, 1976, in Show Low, Arizona, to Richard and Louise Hatch. He was the youngest of five children and was dearly loved by all of his siblings. He grew up in Taylor, Arizona, where he developed an adventurous spirit at a young age. He loved riding motorcycles, fishing, and hunting, and was rarely found indoors.
For 30 years, Justin worked at Contractors West, where, through hard work and dedication, he rose to the position of superintendent. More recently, he began working at RoadWay Electric as a project manager, where he continued to take great pride in his work and in leading others.
Justin loved his family deeply and cherished the large extended family who helped raise him and with whom he built lifelong, meaningful relationships. He is survived by his wife, Karen Lyman Hatch; his children, Ally Kynra Hatch, Carter Justin Hatch, and Olive Lou Hatch; his sisters, Merlene (Danny) Foshee, Ava McNeil, whose husband, Marty, preceded her in death, and Amy Hatch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, whom he loved dearly and with whom he remained close throughout his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Louise Hatch, and by his brother, Phil (Patti) Hatch.
Justin will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
