Antoinette Barash

Our beloved Antoinette Barash 83, of San Tan Valley Arizona, was called home by our Heavenly Father on Friday, January 23rd, 2026.

Antoinette was born September 8th, 1942. She was born in Baghdad, Iraq, as the eldest of her siblings. She would later make her home in the United States, carrying with her a love for family, food, and her faith that never faded.

She was known for her delicious home cooked meals, especially her dolma and kubba hamuth, which brought family and friends together around the table. Antoinette also found happiness in dancing, bingo, and spending time with her brothers, and extended family, moments she treasured deeply.

Antoinette will be remembered for her warmth, her generosity, and the love she gave so freely to those around her. Her memory lives on through the family that she adored and the traditions she lovingly shared. She is survived by her husband of over 50 years, loving daughter Virginia, her son Peter, her brothers, sister, and her three grandkids.

A memorial will be celebrated for her at 2:00pm Monday, February 9th 2026 at Gilbert Park Mortuary 2100 E Queen Creek Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85297
