It is with extremely heavy hearts we announce the passing of son, husband and father Timothy Joseph Hester, 50, of Gilbert, Arizona who left us  unexpectedly at home on November 7, 2025.  Tim was born in Columbus, Indiana on December 4, 1974 to Jerry and Dorothy (Cline) Hester.

Tim was a graduate of Columbus East High School where he was an outstanding student and excelled in baseball for 4 years earning all state recognition his senior year.  Following high school, Tim earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and remained a Boilermaker fan for life.  Tim was a member of New Hope Christian Church in Columbus.

After college Tim accepted a job in San Diego, California.  On a snowboarding trip to Mountain High in California, on a ski lift, he met Christine Narmore who later became his wife.

Tim’s life was filled with energy and good times with his close friends.

He loved snowboarding and making trips to the snowy mountains of Utah and California with his family.  He often laughed about spending weekends in the snow then returning to the warmth of Arizona.  He was consumed with fitness working out daily at the gym or at home.  Tim was an avid baseball fan amassing an extensive collection of baseball cards, baseballs and bats, autographs and other memorabilia.  But above all else, Tim was dedicated to the well-being of his family.

Tim leaves behind his wife of 19 years Christine, and two daughters whom he cherished with all his heart;  Alexa a freshman at Arizona State University and Jennah a sophomore at Highland High School in Gilbert.  He is also survived by his parents in Mesa, Arizona.

Tim will be dearly missed by all who knew him.  A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 am on December 6, 2025 at Gilbert Memorial Park in Gilbert, Arizona.
