Submit a PhotoJade Elizabeth Tedrick- Born September 1, 2021, passed away peacefully in her parents arms at St. Joseph’s Hospital, September 21, 2021. Even though her life was short, she touched many people’s hearts. She gave us a lifetime of love during her 20 days we had with her.
Jade is survived by her parents- Sara Gall and Brock Tedrick of Gilbert, AZ. Her twin brother, Jaxon Tedrick and big brother Rex Tedrick. Maternal Grandparents Alex and Cath Gall of Queen Creek, AZ. Paternal Grandparents- Brad Tedrick of Rock Falls, IL and Pam (Gaylon) McKenna of Coleta, IL. Aunts- Becka Gall of Gilbert, AZ, Megan McKenna of Coleta, IL, and Bree (Charlie) Hunter of Rock Falls, IL. And an Uncle- Brhawn Tedrick of Rock Falls, IL.
Jade is preceded in death by her Great-Grandma Linda Tedrick and Great Grandparents Stephen and Alberta Gall.

We are so saddened for you having to release Jade to the angels so soon and not having the opportunity to see her develop her unique personality. Although her time here was short, she had a big impact. Hugs
