Rebecca Huiwainee Palko was born to the late Glenn and Marie Kanae. She passed peacefully at the age of 53 as a homemaker in Gilbert, AZ on July 3rd 2022. She was immersed in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Cameron Ranch Ward) that would be her lifelong support since moving here to Gilbert.

Rebecca is a beloved wife, mother and grandmother. She was blessed with a large and loving family. Rebecca helped raise her three children with patience, discipline and humility. She dedicated many years of her life to her children and immediate family.

Rebecca is survived by her husband, Thomas her son Ethan Kauwila, her daughters Violet (Kody) and Brooke, and her pride and joy her granddaughters Lehua and Lovena. She is also survived by her sisters, Shawnalison, Karen and her brother Logan and her many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank you for your prayers and support during this time. Your shared memories, comforting, condolences and gestures of love are truly appreciated.
