Peggy was born in Shattuck, OK on February 27, 1946 to Loucielle “Lou” and T.C. “Tek” Harvey, Jr. She was the youngest of 3 children born to this union after Jim and Sharon.
Peggy was a very kind, loving person. She loved having many friends and being with her family. She enjoyed flowers and many games, especially bingo, with friends and neighbors. Stricken with Multiple Sclerosis in her early 40s, Peggy lived every day with courage and determination to find joy and meaning despite serious disabilities. In lieu of cards or flowers, kindly make a donation to the MS Society or the charity of your choice. She was a member of Sun Lakes United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister-in-law Sherry Harvey and grandson Nicholas King.
She is survived by husband of 60 years, Gary Osborne of Maricopa AZ, daughter, Tamera and husband John King of Maricopa, son Tim Osborne of Norco CA, brother, Jim Harvey of Dallas TX, sister, Sharon and husband, A.D. Reed of Spearman TX. Two grandchildren, Jaron Osborne and Anika Osborne of Buena Park CA, grand daughter-in-law Chelsie King and great-grandson Carson King of Maricopa AZ.
