Patricia (Patti) Jean (Seelig) Otolski, age 78 of Gilbert Arizona, passed away peacefully at home from lung cancer on August 3, 2021 with her family by her side.

Patti was born September 26, 1942 in Three Rivers, Michigan to the late Joe and Mary Seelig.  Patti was a graduate of Niles High School class of 1960 in Niles Michigan. On August 11, 1962, she married Robert (Bob) Otolski of South Bend, Indiana.  August 11 they would have celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary.

Patti’s career spanned from selling clothing, landlord, insurance sales, to a multi-million dollar realtor and office manager of her husband’s State Farm Agency.  Her most important role was that of wife and not just wife, but a coach’s wife, mom and friend.  As a wife of a coach Patti supported, entertained and cheered on Bob’s teams for over 21 years.  Patti enjoyed life and being around people.  One of her favorite pastimes was traveling and experiencing different cultures.  Bob introduced Patti to the game of golf and it was one thing they loved to do together.  He may have taught her too well as she was an exceptional golfer and tough competition for him and others.  In 2017 Patti sunk her first hole in one on the 4th hole at Trilogy Golf Course.  Another one of Patti’s favorite pastimes was hanging with all of her girlfriends, dancing, playing Bridge and Mahjong.  Patti was known for her great smile, energy, decorating skills and caring for others.

Surviving is her husband Bob Otolski of Gilbert, Arizona and their children, Lance (Amy) Otolski of Chandler, AZ and Becky (Cameron) Bumgarner of Gilbert, AZ.  Surviving as well is her grandson Casey Otolski of Chandler, AZ.  Patti is also survived by her sister Helen (Tom) Kubat of Missouri, her brother, Joe (Karen) Seelig of Michigan and her sister, Louise of North Carolina.
