About Ophelia Montoya
Ophelia S Montoya, 74, of Chandler, AZ passed away at home on Sunday, August 23, 2020. Her life was devoted to her family and loved ones.
She was predeceased by her husband, Jim Montoya and her parents Rafael and Cristina Avina.
She is survived by her children Hugo Montoya and April Wooten (Greg). Her two grandchildren, Madison and Drew Wooten. Her sisters Irma Munoz Avina, Nora Avina, Elva Deleon, and Velma Sotomayor, and her numerous nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held on September 15th, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 4471 Lincoln Avenue, Cypress, CA 90630.

So sorry for the loss of a beautiful and kind soul. You were always so nice to me and my family and I’m sad that I hadn’t gotten to see you since Jimmy went to be with the Lord. May God give all your family peace and comfort during this time.

I’m In grieving my sister / mom you left me . Sorry for retiring so late , those plans we had to spend time with each other as we got older have changed . Now you are gone to our Lords kingdom ..?? you will always be in my heart and in my mind , as u are now and have always been. Oh Lord , you must of needed her there .
