We are saddened to announce the sudden passing of Justin Nelson on the morning of March 30th.  He will be deeply missed by all of those he left behind with this unexpected loss.  He was a truly unique person that was able to connect with all walks of life. His authentic personality had a way of making you feel loved. Justin’s story began on September 7th, 1984 in Minnesota. He lived there with his Mom, DeAnn, his dad, Larry, brother Josh, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and his Grandma Inie, for a short time before moving to Reno, Nevada. He graduated high school at the top of his class and was made valedictorian in 2003. From there he went on to many opportunities that taught him the ins and outs of  the construction world which eventually allowed him to become a licensed contractor with his own company, Nelson Built. In 2002, Justin met his high school sweetheart and love of his life Jillian. They married in 2006 and welcomed a son, Jace in 2007 and a daughter, Jamyson 2016.  The family moved to Arizona in 2017 and continued to build a beautiful life together, full of memories, laughter and love. Justin loved the time he spent with friends and family camping, golfing, and especially just hanging out with a cold drink, watching his favorite sports teams.  He loved trips to Cabo,  motorcycle rides and spending time in the pool. His loss will be felt across many states and by many people. A Service is being held in his honor on April 22nd, 2023 at the LDS Church in San Tan Valley, AZ, with a reception to follow.  We are also having an informal gathering at Justin’s favorite bar, San Tan Flats, that evening. We welcome anyone that wants to celebrate this wonderful man and say goodbye.
