Jalen D’Angelo Frazier

We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Jalen D’Angelo Frazier. Jalen danced his way to heaven on December 29th, 2022, in Chandler Arizona with his loving family by his side. Jalen had a heart of gold and he truly loved unconditionally. He was an amazing son, brother, cousin, uncle, and most of all, an amazing father.

Jalen was born on April 23rd 1996 in Mesa, Arizona. He attended Chandler High School where he played football and wrestling. Jalen enjoyed sports, video games, listening to music and making memories with family and friends. Jalen is the proud father of two young boys, Elijah (3) and Jalen II (JJ) who was recently born on December 23rd 2022.

This young man was truly one of a kind and will be greatly missed by all. His infectious laugh, warm smile and kind heart will forever be with us. Jalen is survived by his children, Elijah & Jalen II (JJ); parents, Tiffany Keohane, Jay Keohane and David Frazier; his brothers, Eric (Jessica), DJ, Gewann, Evan, Justin; his sister, Kierra; grandparents, Sherry Keahilihau and Jerry and Nancy Crowley; girlfriend, Jamie Erlandson, and many nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A viewing will be held on Friday evening, January 13th from 5:00pm – 7:00pm at Gilbert Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 2100 E. Queen Creek Road, Gilbert, AZ 95297.

To honor Jalen’s memory, we are holding a Celebration of Life on Saturday morning, January 14th at 11:00am at Mission Community Church, 4450 E. Elliot Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85234. A final viewing will begin prior to the church services starting at 9:30am.
