Obituary

Dennis Donald Knight, 79, of Gilbert, Arizona died Monday, October 17, 2022 at home surrounded by his family.

Born April 09, 1943 in Cedar City, Utah he is the son of Donald and Edna Knight and step-mother LaVonna.

Retired from the school of hard work, he was also a devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. His faith, family and trains were his passions. He is survived by his wife Karen (Hakes) Knight; siblings Kathy (Gordon) Enders, Becky (Kent) Duncan, Wayne Knight, David (Denise) Knight; children Kimberly (Bryan) Romney, Kaleen (Floyd) Godfrey, Kevin (Emma), Kent (Kayla), Kerrie Hogle, Kelle (Brandon) Whitehead, Keith (Bonnie Jean) Webb; 28 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by grandchildren Hailey Knight and Blake Whitehead.

A 10:00am viewing and 11:00am funeral service will be held Saturday, October 22, 2022 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints building at 3775 S. Greenfield Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85297. His body will be laid to rest at the Gilbert Memorial Park Cemetery.
