Brenda Cramer (Thomas)

Brenda Cramer, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully at the age of 77, on May 31, 2025.

Born and raised in Virginia, Brenda was the eldest sister of – Gayle, Pat, and BJ — and carried the warmth, grace, and charm of her Southern roots with her throughout her life. Brenda had a gift for making people feel welcome, for finding joy in the everyday, and for presenting herself with timeless style and elegance — always dressed up, even for a quick trip to the store.

She was the devoted mother of two daughters, Miranda and Wendi, and took immense pride in her role as a grandmother to Tanner, Emma, Lilianah, and Roman. Her sons-in-law, John, and Albert were also a special part of her heart and life. Brenda loved her family fiercely and lived for the moments she could spend with them.

Brenda found joy in the simple things — shopping for just the right piece, knitting with care and creativity, dancing with a lightness in her step, and taking long car rides to enjoy the beauty of the world around her. These were not just pastimes, but ways she shared her love for life.

Despite facing health challenges in recent years, Brenda remained resilient, graceful, and deeply loving. Her strength, wit, and vibrant personality never dimmed, even in the most difficult times.

Brenda leaves behind a legacy of beauty, warmth, and unwavering love. She will be remembered for her impeccable sense of style, her devotion to family, and her ability to make every day feel a little more special.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew her and loved her.

A Vigil service will be held at Gilbert Memorial Park, 2100 E. Queen Creek Rd. Gilbert, Az. 85297 on June 26^th 11:00 am, with reception to follow at the house of her daughter Miranda 4079 E. Palo Verde St. Gilbert, Az. 85296. All are welcome to join in celebrating Brenda’s life and legacy.
