A Life Remembered

Obituary

Bradley Alan Remme passed away peacefully at his home on June 28, 2026, at the age of 55.

Brad was born on July 25, 1970, in Fargo, North Dakota, to George and Lavonne Remme. He graduated from Fargo South High School before earning his bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from North Dakota State University. It was there that he discovered and cultivated the talent and passion that would become his life's work.

Brad was an accomplished landscape architect with Logan Simpson, where his creativity, artistic vision, and attention to detail left a lasting mark on every project he touched. His gift for design extended far beyond his profession. He possessed a remarkable ability to see beauty and possibility where others did not, and his lifelong love of art and drawing was reflected in everything he created.

In 1993, Brad married Bobbi Bronson, and together they welcomed two children, Cole and Kaia, who became the greatest joys of his life. He loved being a father, and his love for his children was constant, unconditional, and unwavering.

As a young man, Brad embraced life with enthusiasm and adventure. He enjoyed BMX racing, skateboarding, snowboarding, and basketball. His determination also led him to earn a competitive black belt in Taekwondo through years of dedication and discipline.

Brad found his greatest peace outdoors. He loved camping, exploring the Arizona desert, off-roading, fly fishing, gardening, and growing his own vegetables and peppers. Whether he was surrounded by nature or gathered with family and friends, he appreciated the simple moments that brought people together.

Anyone who knew Brad knew he had an incredible sense of humor and a magnetic personality. His quick wit could make anyone laugh, and his warmth made everyone feel welcome. He treasured his family, valued lifelong friendships, and never missed an opportunity to check in on the people he cared about. His loyalty, generous spirit, and genuine compassion for others are gifts that will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew him.

Brad also had an extraordinary passion for history. His knowledge seemed endless, and he could recall details of American and world history with remarkable ease. Family often joked that he was a walking history encyclopedia and made everyone wish they had paid a little more attention in history class.

Brad was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Lavonne Remme, and his grandparents.

He is lovingly remembered by his father, George Remme; his brothers, Chris Remme (Michelle) and Brian Remme; his sister Cathy Hockman (Mark) his beloved children, Cole and Kaia Remme; his former wife and lifelong friend, Bobbi Remme; his nieces and nephews; and many cousins, extended family members, and cherished friends whose lives were forever enriched by knowing him.

Brad's legacy lives on in the lives he touched, the beauty he created, and the countless memories shared with those who loved him. He will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever held in our hearts.

I had the privilege of working with Brad on several projects and he was both a talented landscape architect as well as one of the funniest people I have met. His warmth and humor will be sorely missed and my prayers go to his children and family. He was one of a kind.
