So sorry to hear of Bill’s passing. I’ve known Bill since 8th grade when my family moved to Bismarck, ND. I met Bill through another friend and we attended the same school and church where we became best of friends. I have many wonderful memories of our times together and I am truly saddened by his passing. He was always kind hearted and cared about others. Ching, please accept my deepest condolences and hope the memories you’d Bill created together will sustain you. God bless you. Fred Karp
