Anna Soledad Maldonado

Anna Soledad Maldonado, 73, of Chandler, Arizona, passed away peacefully on the evening of July 14, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Anna was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, beloved sister, aunt, and friend. She dedicated much of her life to teaching, finding great joy working with children and spending time with her family. Her kindness, compassion, and courageous spirit touched the lives of countless students, family members, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her infant son, Eric, and her parents, Enrique and Clara L’Esperance. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue through her family.

Anna is lovingly survived by her devoted husband, Rudy Maldonado; her children, Jeffrey, Megan; her husband Jovani, and Matthew as well as her cherished grandson, Jayce. She is also survived by her beloved sisters, Dorothy and Martha, along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever treasure the memories they shared with her.

Anna’s commitment, strength, and unwavering love for her family will never be forgotten. Though her presence will be deeply missed, her legacy of kindness, dedication, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who offered prayers, love, and support throughout Anna’s illness. May she rest in eternal peace.
